We are excited to announce that due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to work alongside our Talent Manager. This is a candidate driven role, where you will be required to source and interview candidates for open positions on both our contingency recruitment and our new Talent for Good model.
Liaising with clients and discussing the candidates is essential, we love to pick up the phone and have a conversation, not just send an email with a CV.
LHR are not a traditional recruiter and whilst we do provide general recruitment, we are becoming more known for the way we support our clients through the whole process via Talent for Good. All our recruiters are Flow Consultants and become certified to read our business profiling tool and enable them to profile the jobs they are recruiting for, debriefing clients and candidates.
We have spent a lot of time on our team ethos, and we know who we want to join us. With this in mind, we’re looking for someone with the below key attributes:

Salary negotiable depending on experience
