Our Candidate is a Team leader for an established bustling call centre dealing with complaints and customer queries. He was worked as an advisor and has been promoted to develop other members of the team as a Operations Coach and most recently became a team leader including managing a team of employed and agency staff.
He is very customer service driven with a First Time Resolution approach. Putting himself in the shoes of any customer to empathise and understand the situation so he may find the best solution. He studied Business which including accounting at university graduating in 2017. He is looking for his next role where he can utilise his experience and make a difference to the customer or client experience.
