Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Negotiating and organising shipment quotes.
  • Billing preparation.
  • Dealing with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, HRMC
  • Liaising with the company’s overseas office to support with invoicing

The successful Sales Administrator:
