Salary:          £20,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience

Are you a Project Administrator and ready to springboard your career?

LHR is working exclusively with an award-winning market-leading company who specialises in design and interiors. They are now looking for a Project Administrator who has a keen eye for detail to co-ordinate the production and installation of the bespoke textile products.

The company is looking for someone who can build rapport quickly and be reactive to customers’ needs. You would need to demonstrate an understanding of ‘made-up’ products and be able to visualise the end-to-end product and customer journey.

Key duties of the Project Administrator:

  • Handling and co-ordinating a project from start to finish
  • Administration of quotes
  • Manage the progression of orders
  • Sub-contractor co-ordination
  • Recording key targets – financial or scheduling
  • Invoicing orders

The successful Project Administrator will have:

  • Business administration experience
  • Experience (professional or other) in product manufacturing
  • Ability to problem-solve and a natural curiosity to learn and investigate
  • Exceptional organisational skills, flexibility to adapt to situations and muti-task
  • Able to cope in a fast passed environment
  • A self-motivated, yet collaborative approach
  • IT literate and able to embrace change positivity.
