Job Title:             Leasing Consultant

Location:             Preston

Salary:                  £18,000 basic + commission, OTE up to £55k 

Are you experienced in Vehicle Leasing and looking for a new challenge?

We are working with a prestigious car leasing company in Preston, with an enviable reputation as a trusted leasing brokerage within the UK. Our client has been in business for over 25 years, and they are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are now looking for experienced Leasing Consultants to join their team.

The successful candidates will work closely with business and private clients to discuss, advise, and sell vehicle leasing over the phone. You will provide the highest level of customer service throughout the buying process, through to delivery and beyond, building trust and referrals from sites such as Trust Pilot. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and over-achieve on targets. These are full time positions, working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 evening a week until 7pm, and 1 Saturday per month.

Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant:

  • Handling a mixture of new and warm personal and business leads on the phone and via email using the CRM system.
  • Manage and develop all sales enquiries from initial contact to order.
  • Handling confidential finance proposals from customers using FCA procedures and guidelines.
  • Speaking with car dealers and funders in managing customer orders.
  • Working with the best CRM system to manage customer leads and transactions through to delivery.
  • Upselling – e.g., maintenance packages.

The Successful Leasing Consultant:

  • Experience within a similar financial based sales role, Broker / Leasing
  • A strong track record within a busy telephone-based sales environment.
  • Able to build customer and client relationships and manage their sales journey.
  • Highly organised and target driven.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables)
