We are currently recruiting for x7 Customer Service Advisors to work for our client in Huncoat, Accrington.
These are full time roles to start on Monday 4th January 2021. The roles are initially temporary but could potentially lead to permanent.
You will be responsible for the full 360 customer service, dealing with queries and complaints, pre-delivery issues, order issues and any other requirements.
The contact centre is open 8am – 6pm – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Saturday and 10am – 4pm Sunday. You will work 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours per week, with 1 weekend in 3. You must be able to commit to this shift pattern.
Previous contact centre experience is preferred for these roles, it’s a fast paced environment using a CRM system.
