Customer Services

Our client is a family run, fast-growing online business based in Darwen and who are looking for an enthusiastic conscientious individual to join their team. They are looking for someone with a passion for Customer Services.

Your role will include

Key responsibilities

  • Answering the phone – handling enquiries, taking orders, tracking orders
  • Managing inbox – responding to help team enquiries, Amazon and eBay messages
  • Look ups – processing registration numbers and adding paint codes to orders
  • Outgoing phone calls
  • Processing returns

Required skills and experience

  • Experience of customer services – phone and email
  • Excellent problem solving and attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and friendly communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Excellent PC knowledge – including office, email, and CRM
  • The ability to multitask and juggle calls, emails and workload
  • Dedication to organisation and administration
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality with a desire to help others and to gain resolution for customers efficiently and effectively.

Knowledge of or interest in cars or the motor industry would be beneficial but not a requirement.

In return our client offers and friendly, family feel working environment. Hours: 09:00am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday. Holidays: 20 Days + 8 Bank Holidays. Salary: £19,760
