Job Title:            Customer Relationship Manager (Fleet, B2B)    

Location:            Blackburn

Salary:                 £20,000 basic, company vehicle & OTE between £40-60k

They are now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their dedicated team.

The Customer Relationship Manager role:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will cover the Lancashire area, specifically the BB postcode, working on a mixture of account management for the company’s 100+ existing small business & fleet accounts, as well as developing new business.

You will be responsible for growing a client base of local businesses, running 5-150 vehicles, that have a requirement for the company’s class leading vehicle selection, leasing/funding service and the company’s unique fleet management service. The emergence and business case for electric vehicles has further enhanced the opportunity for their services and the consultative nature of their approach will put you in prime position to make the most of this opportunity. You will also play a key role in the expansion of the electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme which will be formally launched later this month.

You will be responsible for generating new business in your area however you will be given a considerable existing client base plus leads provided via marketing campaigns and referral marketing.

The Successful Customer Relationship Manager:

Ideally, the successful candidate will have some previous experience in automotive/fleet, having provided vehicle finance and leasing to business clients. However, this role could also suit candidates working in dealerships (corporate sales) but looking for a step up and a more proactive and consultative approach.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, and you’ll be able to build long last relationships quickly through in depth conversations, recognising the customer needs and matching the right solution for them.  

On offer is a basic salary of £20,000, plus use of an electric vehicle, and an industry leading bonus structure that you earn from day one, with genuine earning potential of up to £60k!
