We have a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Lutterworth clients Social Media/Customer Service team. We are are looking for people to reply to the initial inbound contacts from customers.
Your role will be to take ownership of posts on Social Media in the public domain and bring about positive resolution.
We want to hear from people who take pride in turning a negative situation into a positive and protect the brand by having a passion to provide outstanding customer service.
Deal with customers via social media channels to deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Resolve all queries within the social media remit without escalation, and promote positive outcomes for all customers
Effectively and proactively administer all systems with accurate and up to date customer information
Contributing to building the clients social presence
Updating reports incorporating wider business updates on Social Media
You will be able to show sympathy & empathy for the customer’s situation and be competent at typing out caring and considerate replies to customers
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong customer handling skills and negotiation skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure within set guidelines/procedures
Strong Literacy and written communication skills (no copy & paste responses!)
Ability to work autonomously using own initiative
This role is for a 2 month contract hours are 37.5 per week. £9.25 per hour
