Salary: £17,000 to £18,000 DOE
Laura Hartley Recruitment are recruiting for our great client; our Client are based in Rossendale. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Co-ordinator this position is permanent to start ASAP. You will be working in the commercial team and you will be a key person for account managers and customers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Providing administrative support on several accounts,
o Supporting account managers with day to day administration
o Setting up of new products and ongoing administration of products on various systems
o Collation of images from company database for display online
o Sales reporting
o Stock reporting
o Preparing and processing credit notes
o Updating stock availability reports and circulating to relevant internal/external parties
o Preparing and sending of samples and images
o Data entry
o Attending customer meetings on and off site, as and when required. This may include overnight stays but is minimal
Assisting the credit controller with the reconciliation of invoices for payment
General office administration.
Dealing with general customer support queries
Arranging returns for customers
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Accurate data entry skills
Good numerical skills
Good communication skills (face to face, written and verbal)
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
Clean driving licence
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5pm with an hour for lunch, 37.5 hours per week. Salary on offer £17,000 to £18,000 DOE. Company annual bonus after qualifying period, 20 days holiday plus bank and shut down for Christmas.
