LHR are looking to recruit for our fun client who are based in Blackburn. We are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator

Job Summary
To manage the daily operational work within a busy company, based Blackburn ensuring a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. The role includes general administration support to the sales and accounts teams to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the business

Responsibilities and Duties
The Sales Operations administrator will work with the company to plan and manage the daily workings of the business, planning and implementing systems to ensure orders and deadlines are always met, whilst maintaining a high quality standard of service and delivery. The Operations Administrator will be expected to build positive relationships with clients in order that excellent communication is achieved

Operations:
To oversee Sales Order process and assure sales orders are processed and delivered in a timely fashion
Account manage some clients
To act as main customer contact for sales orders once placed by customers
To be responsible for managing the quality processes within the business

Purchasing:
Place purchase orders with suppliers for goods required for customer sales orders and/or stock
Prepare any proforma invoices for payment when needing to be paid
Monitoring the progress of purchase orders to make sure goods are received on time
Liaise with suppliers to resolve any quality issues

Personal requirements
Highly Organised; Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively; Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal; Experience in Negotiating and Working With Suppliers; Ability to Work in a Team Environment; Strong Problem Solving Skills; Strong Attention to Detail; Drive to Achieve Results

You will have good knowledge of Microsoft packages and Sage 50 is a must

The salary on offer is £18,000-£20,000 Monday – Friday 20 days holidays plus bank holidays. Free parking. Pension, Funs days out, Annual Christmas party and Christmas bonus. This is a great fun company to work for.
