Salary: £18,000 to £24,000 per annum
LH-Recruitment have the pleasure of partnering our good client, we looking for a Service Desk Analyst.
Level 1 Service Desk Analyst working on resolving IT issues raised on our clients support platform from both our internal teams and from our customer base
This will involve resolution by using remote access tools of first line support cases relating to general IT systems, the our clients Wholesale Software products, Retail software products including but not limited to Retail Power, Retail Manager (NCR) and Store Pro (NCR).
They will also be responsible for the hardware warranty/out of warranty repair cycle, Stock Management, Management of courier dispatches and hardware configuration
The list of required tasks is not exhaustive and will and can change to reflect business needs
Excellent Customer Service Skills
1st line support experience
Flexible and Adaptable to change
Working as part of a team but also being able to use initiave and work solely
Knowledge of all Windows Platforms
EPOS Hardware and Software Knowledge
Basic Knowledge of SQL
For this position our client are offering free parking, pension, 21 day’s holidays plus 8 B/H, Medical cover. With a salary between £18-24k
