They are now looking to add an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to their team in Darwen.
Key Duties of the Inbound Sales Executive:
-Handling all inbound enquiries from customers
-Gathering information and advising customers on products and projects
-Completing and following up quotes
-Dealing with general queries and issues
The Successful Inbound Sales Executive:
-Proven success within a similar Inbound sales role business to consumer
-The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, quickly building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
-Experience of using a CRM system
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
