We are recruiting a graduate recruitment consultant to join our team. Full training will be provide but you will have some face to face customer service or telesales experience.

Laura Hartley Recruitment is a growing independent recruitment consultancy based at Junction 4 services off M65, Blackburn covering the Lancashire area, recruiting for office support, professional, technical and managerial positions. Celebrating our 10th year in business, we have a large client base, many we work with on an exclusive basis.

This role is varied and no day is ever the same. It requires someone who is focused, driven and can juggle many tasks at once with a proactive attitude.

In brief, you will be required to manage the recruitment process from start to finish including visiting clients, creating adverts and specs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, developing new business, attending networking events and general administration.

 

This is a busy sales office with a real team spirit and BUZZ! Working to the same goal of placing the best candidate in the right job.

Essential experience

  • Previously worked in a fast-paced customer service, telesales or retail environment
  • Relationship building with existing and potential clients
  • Track record of working to targets or deadlines
  • Strong IT and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and non verbal.

 

You must have a full UK driving license and your own vehicle.

 

Successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2:2 degree, experience working in a fast paced customer focused or sales environment, abilty to communicate at all levels.

Starting salary negotiable on experience (reviewed after 6 months on performance) and profit related bonus scheme, free parking, perk box, contribution to gym membership, pension contribution, team incentives plus much more.

Hours 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday, 20 days holiday (increasing after 1 years’ service) + bank hols, kitchen facilities, modern office environment and excellent team spirit!
