Salary: £7.94 per hour.
Our client based at Magna Park is recruiting for temporary call centre operators to support them through a busy period. The role is a general customer service position and you must have some experience. The length of this assignment is unknown but may go permanent for the right candidate.
Making outbound calls to customers waiting for delivery of furniture and sofas.
You will be required to contact customers between 8am and 8pm to book their delivery time slot. This will be updated on the system. You may also take calls from customers requesting a different time slot or asking when their goods will be delivered. You may be calling a customer to advise there is a delay on their goods arriving due to imports.
You must have excellent communication skills and be used to using window-based software. Excellent attention to detail and a calm telephone manner is also essential.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am -8pm on a 3 week rota pattern. You will also be required to work 1:3 Saturdays 9am-5pm and bank holidays s required.
This is a 37.5 hour working week with 30 minutes two 15 minutes unpaid breaks. The hourly rate for this customer service role is £7.94 per hour.
Ideally you will have transport due to the location of the business although there is public transport but due to the shift patterns this may not be accessible at all times.
