Salary: £20,000 basic and OTE of £30,000
Our client is recruiting for an experienced business development person to join the fun and outgoing team of sales people. We are looking for that individual who can make sales over the telephone but also go out and visit the prospect customers to build relationships and identify their needs.
You will be responsible
Identifying new business opportunities in line with the business strategy
Identifying and assessing a client’s critical needs
The Business Development Manager is responsible for accurate forecasting at all times, ensuring clear visibility on all opportunities with tasks and call backs set for each opportunity at all times.
Be a point of contact to customers and resolving any issues that they have.
Coordinating and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments.
Escalating technical support requests as necessary to Operations and communicating back to the customer a resolution.
Ensuring that the in-house CRM system is up to date at all times providing traceability and visibility of all opportunities, notes and call backs.
Promoting all the services on offer.
Responding to client communications or queries in acceptable time scales.
Our client is also offering a salary of £20,000 basic and OTE of £30,000 however this is uncapped. Free parking is available, canteen and kitchen area for lunch.
