LH Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Bid Manager to join our growing client’s Preston based team.
You will need proven, current tender writing skills to support continued growth and development of new and existing market opportunities. Our client requires you to have the calibre and the drive to identify, qualify and respond to PIN’s PQQ’s RFQ’s and tenders predominantly various tender portals used by both public and private sectors.
This role will include;
• Reviewing all tender portals to identify potential bid opportunities.
• Qualify all bid opportunities to ensure to ensure they are a good match to the services our client offers.
• Produce all PIN, PQQ, RFQ and tenders.
• Manage the bid process to ensure all bids are submitted both on time and in line with commercial, HR Risk, Planning and quality requirements.
• Arranging business approval and contract approval meetings as required.
• Arranging Bid initiation meetings as required.
• Defining the structure of the bid.
• Planning and managing the activities, resources and bid risks.
• Reviewing and monitoring progress of bid responses, including managing follow up activity as needed.
• Putting together a bid library.
• Use the company CRM for sales reporting for all bids.
• Maintain accurate activity reporting.
• Produce weekly management reports.

• A willingness to progress and self-develop.
Our client is offering an annual salary of £25,000 Dependent on relevant experience and the working hours for the role are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
