LHR are recruiting for a an experienced after sales customer service person to join our client based in Blackburn. This is a newly created position due to the success of the company. This role is temp to perm.

You will be

  • First point of contact for all incoming queries for after sales via telephone and email
  • Organising courier to return products
  • Process returns on the systems and reorders where required
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Solving problems to ensure the customer is happy
  • Keep the customer informed and updated

Our client offers a competitive salary of £18,000. (£9.23 per hour), 24 days holiday plus bank, free parking, seasonal events, pension contribution scheme and training. Working hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
