Salary: £18,000, (£9.23 per hour)
LHR are recruiting for a an experienced after sales customer service person to join our client based in Blackburn. This is a newly created position due to the success of the company. This role is temp to perm.
You will be
- First point of contact for all incoming queries for after sales via telephone and email
- Organising courier to return products
- Process returns on the systems and reorders where required
- Liaising with other departments
- Solving problems to ensure the customer is happy
- Keep the customer informed and updated
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Listening skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Resilience, empathy and patience
- Effective time management
- Computer literate and experience of CRM’s
- Passion for excellence in customer services
Our client offers a competitive salary of £18,000. (£9.23 per hour), 24 days holiday plus bank, free parking, seasonal events, pension contribution scheme and training. Working hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
