Salary: £22,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to work with a local company based in Blackburn for an experienced Account Manager, with a difference! However, this is no ordinary account manager role. You will be working in a team of 5 and report to the operations manager.
We are looking for a proactive person to be the first point of contact for the clients. Dealing with any problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
Contacting the clients direct to chase information and outstanding paperwork.
Challenge in a professional manner when paperwork or the meeting hasn’t taken place.
Liaise with external marketing company, social media experience would be an advantage.
Building relationships with internal and external customers.
Meet clients to collect paperwork as required.
Skills and experience
• Working in a target driven environment.
• Working in a process and system driven environment essential.
• Must have strong administration and customer service skills.
• Proficient user of all Microsoft Office products.
• Car user
• Customer facing experience
• Social media or marketing an advantage
Our client offers a friendly working environment, with free parking and free refreshments. There is also a subsidised café for lunch. Working hours Monday to Friday but some flexibility is required to attend meetings occasionally. The salary on offer is £22,000, higher than average pension contribution and 33 holidays including bank.
