On Thursday 20th June Laura, Aysha and Tisa attended the 11th annual Downtown In Business Lancashire Business Awards. This year Laura Hartley Recruitment Ltd won Recruitment Company of the Year for the 3rd time, presented by Sam Whitear. The event which took place at Stanley House Hotel was attended by businesses from all over Lancashire. The event was sponsored by Liverpool Airport and guests were treated to a delicious three course meal and entertainment from Pure Paloma. LH Recruitment is pleased to announce that our very own Joe Geraghty has been shortlisted for the Customer Relations Award in the Sub36 Awards 2017. The Sub36 Awards celebrate the young entrepreneurial, professional and business talent that the Lancashire region has to offer! It rewards those aged under 36 who are setting the pace in business. Joe began working at LH Recruitment in February 2016 and is responsible for working with our Lancashire clients in filling permanent vacancies. Joe enjoys visiting clients onsite to understand their needs and recruitment objectives to ensure he finds the right candidates who not only match the skill set required but also those who match the company culture and values. Joe interviews with several job seekers each week to find out their career priorities, helping them with their job search. Joe will go out of his way to help anyone, whether that be a colleague, client or candidate. We are extremely proud of Joe and how far he has come since he started with LHR and we can’t think of anyone more deserving of this award!
